About

Freedom is not achieved through flowing with the crowd. We cannot depend solely on the outside to set us free, rather we have to cleave through the entangled fascia of culture, beliefs, habits and socialisation to discover our truths.
 
Our power is buried deep and we need disciplines that cut through the noise to take us to these depths. By regaining our centre and still point, we act with more clarity, impact and connection in the wild unfurling of reality. 
 
Through the Warrior Teachings, each person cultivates a set of practices that brings them into their power. 
 
Running is innate to the design of our bodies, an activity performed to acquire food, sustenance, for hundreds of thousands of years. It forms the bedrock of this path. 
 
Meditation, climbing, martial arts, pranayama, dreaming and the practice of asanas offer avenues to explore and understand our multifaceted selves.
 
Step by step, action by action, we move away from passivity to actively being and creating. When we no longer can be pinned down anymore and joy has become a silent companion in all we do, the warrior path has turned from a practice into a state of being.
 
Then, once again being aligned with the thick beat of existence, we sit and rest, able to marvel at the world and our place in it.
